Investing in road construction infrastructure projects under public-private partnership in the form of concession

Purpose. To substantiate an approach to road development investment management in Ukraine compliance with the principle of syncretism and use Quality Function Deployment methodology, improve methodological calculating concession fee for brown-field green-field projects. Methodology.
